Eleanor Berry has taught writing and literature at Willamette University and other colleges. She is a past president of the National Federation of State Poetry Societies and the Oregon Poetry Association. Her first book of poetry, Green November (2007), was published by Traprock Books; her second, No Constant Hues (2015), by Turnstone Books.

Salem Poetry Project Featuring John Dooley @ Ike Box

John Dooley is a retired poetry slammer (three years on the Portland Nationals team), and former columnist and features writer. He has nine spoken-word albums to his credit, and 40-some small press publications. John’s albums Oral Foibles, and Oral Foibles II – The Jackening are on Amazon, Billboard Music, Apple Music, Spotify, Pandora, and iTunes. He is a two-time winner of Comedy Central’s @Midnight #HashtagWars, and lives near an owl, in Jennings Lodge, Oregon.
