How Indie Authors Can Survive & Thrive in the Fast-Changing World Of Publishing

Indie does not have to mean alone. In fact, working together toward common goals can help indie authors thrive. Indie presses and self-published authors possess strengths: Creativity, originality, and the flexibility small size permits. Maggie Lynch will share how independent authors and publishers can be competitive in this environment of social media and books on e-readers. She’ll focus on the effective use of networks.

Maggie has authored 20+ published books, as well as numerous short stories and non-fiction articles. Her genres include romance, suspense, SciFi, as well as non-fiction.

Conversations With Writers invites authors to read and tell us about their work and their writing methods. Not just a reading, but an event for audience members to interact and ask questions about word choices, styles, or the writer’s development of his / her art. It’s an informal atmosphere to help us all better understand the craft of writing. For more information, visit: cwwor.weebly.com
