Pacific Northwest poet Ariel, is now a full-time poet/writer/artist and a very active participant Open Mics & Spoken Word events in the Willamette Valley. She has been most recently published in MVPA’s Write The Town chapbook & PlatChals’s Travel; past publishing include several print & online journals and her official website poetariel.net. Ariel often collaborates in many local poetry/art projects and is a member of seven poetry organizations including Salem’s Oregon State Poetry Association (OPA), and Willamette Writers. Ariel is currently working on releasing her first chapbook Chasing Tiger – to be released in mid-March.

Featured reader begins at 7:00 and the open mic will directly follow. Our hosts, The Barrel & Keg, feature a wide variety of beverages and the food pod in the back has a rotating menu of options for dinner!
