DESCRIPTION:Ann Reed taught IB English Literature, Theory of Knowledge and Theater Arts for various IB colleges overseas. Now an independent teacher/learner, she offers the Bio-Poetic Organic Unity Study of Literature in support of the Deep Ecology Movement for global and local academic students. Awarded a doctorate in Theater Arts/Performance Studies from the University of Minnesota, she further studied Jungian psychology with various analysts, both studies leading to her literary essays cited or remarked in journals of medicine, literature, and psychology, as well as her recent book-length collection of poems, “he for she she for he,” published by Kelsay books, February 2025.\nThe Salem Poetry Project continues at the Bush Barn Annex, 600 Mission St SE, Salem. Parking for the Bush Barn and Bush House is located off of High Street and the Annex entrance is just to the left of the main entrance.
