SUMMARY:Book Launch & Reading
DESCRIPTION:“Compelling, accessible, and remarkably honest, We’re doing pretty good if we can just get out alive is filled with stark, realistic, personal yet quite universal poems that paint an intimate portrait of identity, interpersonal struggles, loss, nostalgia, family, and the ever-present need for empathy.” -John Sibley Williams\nJoin us for the release of Adam Oyster-Sands’ first length collection at Bold Coffee & Books on November 14th at 7pm. Adam will be reading poems from the new collection along with local publisher and artist, Scott Cannon (friendlymonsterpress.com). It’s a night to celebrate Portland writers and the wonder of living in the PNW.\n
