Janice Rubin is a counselor and educator. Her work appears in Third Wednesday, San Pedro River Review, The Timberline Review, CIRQUE, Glass: A Journal of Poetry and is forthcoming in About Place Journal. Her work has been nominated for the Pushcart Prize and widely anthologized, appearing in the Austin International Poetry Anthology, Pandemic Puzzle Poems Anthology, (Blue Light Press) and the anthology, All the Women Came & Sang (Wyld Syde Press). In 2018, she was a finalist for the Blue Light Press Book Award for Tin Coyote (Blue Light Press).  She's the author of Crossing the Burnside Bridge & Other Poems (Cirque Press, 2023), Tin Coyote (Blue Light Press, 2018) and the chapbook, Transcending Damnation Creek Trail & Other Poems (Flutter Press, 2010).
