Salem Poetry Project Featuring Brian Rohr

Brian Rohr is a poet, storyteller and founder/director of The Stafford Challenge, an international poetry project encouraging over a thousand participants to write a poem every day for a year, inspired by the legendary William Stafford. His writings have appeared in a number of publications and anthologies and his debut book, Shaken to My Bones: A Poetic Midrash on the Torah, was published by Ben Yehuda Press in 2024. brianrohr.com | staffordchallenge.com

The Salem Poetry Project continues at the Bush Barn Annex, 600 Mission St SE, Salem. Parking for the Bush Barn and Bush House is located off of High Street and the Annex entrance is just to the left of the main entrance. Each week will present a featured reader followed by the Infamous Open Mic: 3 poems or five minutes whichever is first. Featured reader begins at 7:00 and the open mic will directly follow.
