II. A Special Meeting:
A. Treasurer resigned and past treasurer, Rana. . . has offered to rejoin the board
temporarily.
- Nancy moved that we reinstate Rana as treasurer and as board member, and Debra
seconded the motion. The vote was anonymous to reinstate Rana as Treasurer.
B. Historian Position: Sue has offered to do this job. - Jade moved to appoint Sue as historian, and Lorna seconded the motion. It was approved.
III. Adjourned
Nancy moved to adjourn, and Jade seconded the motion. The meeting was adjourned at 6:38.
