As always, this issue contains valuable information. Please take the time to read it and hopefully volunteer in a way that makes sense for you. On the last page there is a list of due dates. There are also some other articles about membership, technology, writing, and the upcoming member contest on Submittable.
All members are encouraged to enter the Stevens Manuscript contest - the deadline is October 15th this year.
Eligible students can enter the Manningham Student Contest that closes November 15th.
NFSPS is offering ZOOM sessions for your members if they would like to learn how to use Submittable. These sessions will be recorded and posted. Please email [email protected] for details.
If you are planning on entering any of the 50 Annual Contests, the Contest Brochure is available online here: https://nfsps.net/annual-contests for those who enjoy compiling their entries now. There is no contest chair appointed yet to mail in physical entries, so check the website often for the contest chair address.
The next deadline for Strophes articles is November 25th.
